Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, shipments are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In such cases, orders will be processed on the next business day.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days beyond the standard processing times. Please allow additional transit time for delivery under such circumstances.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you promptly via email with an update on the status of your shipment and, if necessary, provide information on alternative solutions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipments are made via FedEx, BRT - Poste Italiane, and DHL Express. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Domestic Shipping (Italy): €6.00 – BRT / Poste Italiane

  • EU / UK Shipping: €20.00 – €35.00 – FedEx / DHL

  • International Shipping: €30.00 – €75.00 – FedEx / DHL

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (Italy): 1–2 business days

  • EU / UK (DHL / FedEx): 2–3 business days or 3–5 business days

  • International (DHL / FedEx): 2–4 business days or 3–7 business days

Note: International shipments may require longer delivery times due to customs clearance procedures in your country.
We recommend DHL for international shipments, as it guarantees the indicated delivery times.

Duties and Import Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

  • Customs regulations and import fees may vary by country, and we are unable to control or predict these charges.

  • If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return costs incurred by the carrier.
